Won't this reduce my seller's asking price?
A problem discovered before listing is priced in honestly. A problem discovered by the buyer's surveyor becomes a renegotiation weapon. The report gives the seller information — what they do with it is their choice. Most sellers use it to make the transaction cleaner.
Are you RICS qualified?
We're not RICS surveyors and we don't produce building surveys. We're specialist loft assessors — qualified specifically for loft void inspection, timber moisture, ventilation, and insulation condition. We complement RICS surveyors, we don't compete with them.
What if your report finds something serious?
If there's a serious issue, the seller finds out before the buyer does. That's exactly the right time to find out — when there are still options. We report what we find, honestly, and include remediation priority guidance.
